Northwood Midcentury
This 1909 classic shingle style home in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood was transformed through additions and renovations to create an elegant and inviting family home. A courtyard porch and bedroom addition above created a private family entry, while additions of a large entry terrace and lower hot tub terrace created elegant spaces for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. The interiors were fully renovated to keep up with modern life of a large family but with the details of the turn of the century tradition of the original home.
