1909 Kitchen & Bath Renovation + Addition
The work to this 1909 expansive shingle style home was extensive including a reworking of the kitchen and family areas of the main floor to fit a modern busy family lifestyle. Outdated “servant” quarters and stair” were removed to create a new mudroom, laundry and powder room. An addition of an upper floor bedroom allowed for a back entry porch for the family. The upper floor bedrooms, bathrooms and master suite were renovated as well.
