Volunteer Park Renovation
This classic 1920 home near Volunteer Park in Seattle was in severe disrepair when our client purchased it. With an addition and fully encompassing renovation, it was restored into a beautiful home once again. All spaces of the original home were reimagined to support a modern lifestyle of its new family. While the new additions carefully respect the history of the original architecture, the house lives in a modern and open way, looking towards another 100 years of living within its walls.
